How much is a membership?

Memberships are £40 per month. We offer memberships to key workers for £35 per month and students for £30 per month.

How much is personal training?

Cost of personal training is dependent on length of session and whether or not it is a one off session or part of a block of sessions.

Price range £25-40

Do I have to have a lot of experience before may join?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to have extensive prior training experience before joining although if you are lacking in training experience we may deem it necessary for you to work 1to1 with a coach at least initially.
